Job Description:
DaVinci is a multi-functional educational company that provides services designed to support the academic needs of our clients. The position for a Test Administrator is responsible for conducting individual educational evaluations that are requested either by the school district or parent utilizing the appropriate assessments, scoring all tests, and writing a comprehensive report that includes extensive recommendations, and participation in the CSE meeting.
SKILLS/CORE COMPETENCIES REQUIRED/PREFERRED
- Proficient understanding and analytic skills to administer a variety of assessments
- Knowledge and experience in Multi-Sensory language, writing and comprehension programs
- Experience working IEPs ( Individual Education Programs) created by the school districts
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills; both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Programs.
- Flexibility to conduct evaluations on an as needed basis
- Available after hours to meet with other test administrators, parents and Da Vinci leadership
- Available to attend CSE (Committee for Special Education) meetings as requested
EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE – REQUIRED/PREFERRED
Masters in Education with focus in Special Education – required

JOB DESCRIPTION/OBJECTIVE
Da Vinci is a multi-functional educational company that provides services designed to support the academic needs of our clients. The role of our educational therapist is to provide the best customized instruction for each of our students while meeting their individualized educational needs. Our therapists are hired on a contractual basis and are required to travel to different locations. Each therapist will be given the opportunity to attend multiple professional development trainings throughout the year. It is required that the therapist attends at least 6 of these trainings.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare daily lesson plans customized for each student
Bi-weekly communication, unless there is an urgent issue, with the Program Manager for District Direct Services via email (regarding student progress, identify any concerns within the building, other staff etc.)
Quarterly Reports for direct service
IEP quarterly progress reports for appropriate students
Track and submit student attendance
Attend CSE’s upon request
Attend 6 out of 8 professional development trainings
Committed to lifelong learning and personal development
Attend administrative staff meetings (as needed)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a day-to-day marketing associate for all marketing campaigns including, and not limited to social media strategy, community management, activations, content creation (visual and copywriting), editorial calendars, partnerships, influencer activations, and supporting events with live social coverage
